Carolina Beach State Park was the 32nd North Carolina State Park we visited on our journey to visit all 41 parks in the state. We visited in early September 2019.
We really enjoy this park. Stopped at Publix for a PICNIC and then explored the trails - trying to find the elusive venus Fly Trap and other cool plants. Neat visitor center - which the kids loved. One of the trails were went on was under a controlled burn so it was an interesting hike for the family. Little flames still visible on the walk!
