Crowders Mountain State Park was the 17th state park we visited on our journey. And it rained the whole time. Not a crazy rain, but that kind of rain that lightly drizzles the whole day. It didn't stop us from a quick hike to the top, and it certainly didn't stop the folks from rock climbing (which was neat to see) - BUT it did stop me from taking out my camera too much. Minus the rain the park is really cool - and the hike was beautiful. The views are normally quite beautiful, but the fog made for an interesting adventures! Like many North Carolina State Parks, it had a fantastic visitors center.
