Goose Creek State Park was the 24th North Carolina State Park we visited on our journey to visit all 41 parks in the state. It's a super nice, super clean park. The visitor center was fantastic with lots for the kiddos to do and learn. We took a short hike to the lake to see the cool trees that overhang the water. Was pretty neat! There was few beach-like spots where folks were picnicking and laying out. The lake was beautiful. Plenty of paved walking trails and things to do in the park. If you live close by it's an awesome place to spend some time!
